    Hi everyone,

As some of you might know I'm locked in a Steelworxx Looker 01, and I still love the device (and hate ;) )
Recently I was browsing the Steelworxx website, and I saw they now offer an ergonomic base ring for all devices.
Which made me wonder if anyone on here as any experience with those ergonomic designs? Is it really any better? And if it is, just in comfort level, or also security or something?

If you have any experience with ergonomic designs from other manufactures I'd also love to hear about it :)

    Thank you :)

Having used both types of ring from Steelworxx, my experience was that the ergonomic ring is by far the more comfortable one.
Security is unaffected, as far as I can tell - neither type ever let anything slip through.

Okay, and sizing? Did you just use the same size as the 'normal' ring?

This wont be so much help as I've no idea. Bought both 2nd hand here. The first was a tube device as it was available and the 2nd a looker2 as it seemed close to the size I was after and I wanted a looker. Fits like a glove. Sold the other one so cant measure it.

Think the round one was 45mm and the ergonomic one is 40.

From a comfort and staying put perspective, this cock ring it GREAT ... http://www.velv-or.com/products/ready-to-wear/jnaja ... I wish that one of the custom device makes would offer it ... the tab that sits on your perineum holds the ring in place (upright) very well, and I think would greatly improve holding a cage in place (meaning that the weight of the cage would be countered by the tab and the A-ring would stay tighter against the body).

Also it is truly ergonomic, meaning it is not just bent back at the bottom (under the balls), but it also is contoured to shape around the "bump" of the penis shaft that is the perineum ... this is the area that my cage A-ring always causes issues.

Well, I had an HTv2.0s which I used with the 50mm basering.
When I ordered my L01(converted to L02 afterwarts) I asked Dietmar for a 49mm ring)
I have the impression it's somewhat smaller, or feels smaller. Much smaller then 1 mm should feel like ;-)

Ah - there's a huge difference between the measurements given between HT and any other maker. With HT it's a distance from top of where the tube will be, to the bottom of the ring. The actual size of the ring with a HT is WAY bigger than this - so of course it feels more roomy. That caught me out a bit till I twigged what was what and measured 324 times before buying anything else.

Well, the 49mm ergonomical ring from Steelworxx is a lot tighter and feels absolutely snug !
