diy harness to keep it snug

I love sleeping in the cage except for the part where I don't get good sleep because of painful erections. yes, I hear these go away over time but i'm not there yet.

the erections can be kept at bay for me by adding a harness made from thin rope which keeps the cage snug to my body. i'm handy with knots and stuff so it works well, it's easy to tie & untie, and only looks a little bit ridiculous. plus it may give my darling wife something easy to grab on to.

i'm thinking of ordering my first custom cage (baw), and asking them to add little steel eyelets to the base ring for passing the rope through to alleviate minor pinching at that point.

one thing about having the cage more snug is that I feel like I should add half a centimeter or so to the length, as I keep sqooshing out through the front. but perhaps that will just be better with a BAW cage with a few more bars than my current chinese cage.


anyone else have experience along these lines ?
