    I am new to chastity, now i try a chastity cage with 45mm ring it feels comfortable during day and its ok i find it perfect i have no problem with it. But during sleep with night erection it gets too tight , i dont know if this is normal or i should buy bigger ring size?

    I would go up a little. It should never be painfully tight.

    Where does it hurt? Underside of your balls? Use some long lasting sort of lubricant or baby oil. I did this the first month and it really helps. It also helps to go pee when you do get those pains. The erection will subside and hopefully give you some relief.

    Nocturnal erections are very strong. To be locked 24/7, you really need well designed cage and that is not just a base ring. The gap and length of the cage are very important too. I am caged 24/7 with no problems. I wrote a guide that might help you if your cage is not properly designed:

    Can you get a finger under your ring easily? If so your ring should be ok, and it’s just a matter of time as your body adapts to its new constriction.
