It's difficult for me (assuming I'm not alone here) to not want to cum in the moment, it feels so good and I don't want it to stop! Just explain your feelings in that situation and encourage her to enforce the decision.
We have a standing rule that no matter what, I can't cum unless she specifically tells me to. This requires some pulling out to compose myself, while I immediately replace myself with a dildo until I'm ready to get back in.
