For me it is not getting easier, that’s for sure. I still wake with erections regularly and I’m about 8-9 months in.
My everyday cage is a tight ring, hard to pull out if I tried (I don’t) and about 1/4 inch too long.
Due to tightness of the ring and erections, chaffing happens about 2-3 weeks and I have to switch to my back up cage which is a snug fit on the penis but not so tight on the ring.
