Dear chastity experts, as a wearer I take extra care having the base ring well lubed so that the cage can adapt better to the body. Clearly the cage should be able to rotate around the ball sack a bit. Mine always rotates on my left hand. The one in the picture is just a really bad fit. I had a problem with the cage rotating with MM jailbird. That was due to me using the wrong padlock, The padlock should be a snug fit for the hole in the post. What device are you using?
I wear a short metal cage (below) with the smallest available base ring. (38 mm, I think). Its an inexpensive ($50 or so) Chinese knockoff, but it's easily the best fit I've had, compared to 4-5 different other devices that I've tried. I'm very satisfied with it. I've worn it most of the time for the past 4 months. I think you just have to keep trying different devices until you find the right one for you. I also have a lockable belt that my beautiful wife/KH has me change into on occasion-usually just for an overnight-she likes the look as a change of pace.
