    Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for some advice. I will be starting only my second 24/7 lock up this week.
The first lasted about 2 weeks.

The plan is to go till after Christmas this time however I often play sport, particularly squash, which is intense even on a mild day. Does anyone have any experience with this? Is it safe?

I did order 2 silicone chastity devices, hoping the softer, more flexible material would be better but they haven't arrived yet so I have not yet been able to test them. We also have two metal cages and a CB6k if the silicone doesn't work.

I have the security screw and just make sure its tight before I leave home. I wear compression shorts and they keep it all secure.

    Hope this helps.

I myself would ask my kh to unlock me for any activity I was worried about. She certainly could trust me not to touch myself for the small amount of time required to perform these activities and erections or orgasm is probably the last thing on your mind.

The activity would probably dictate productivity. Anything you normally wear a cup for, should be fine. Anything requiring loose movement like races, or swimming might hinder you.

I use a hard metal cage and can report that swimming and day cycling are fine, as is rowing and anything in the gym. Off-road cycling or contact sports would generally be a bad idea. Drysuit scuba is a definite bad idea.

Thanks, I was thinking compression shorts would be the way to go.

I agree with you but my KH and I do not live together so I'd either have to spend half a day unlocked or play with it on.

I only remove the device for Wing Tsun (material arts) as there would be a health risk if it wouldn't be removed. For everythin else - table tennis, badminton, running or cycling there is no reason to remove it. You might have to reach down and make slight adjustments 1 or 2 times per trainingsession (1 1/2 - 2h), but as long as you have the right pants (and the right saddle in case of cycling) holding everything in place there is no problem doing sports while beeing locked.
