I have committed to my wife to only touch myself with her permission. So that said, we are using chastity to prevent me from masturbating with or without porn. I could cheat if I wanted and am working on ways to make that much more difficult for times when I'm weak.

I doubt you get much of a dopamine hit from riding most forms of transportation, so this isn't a great example, but I suspect you're being a bit snarky here...

The clinical research about the effects of porn on the brain are well documented. There are many men who have grown up since the advent of the Internet who experience "Porn induced erectile dysfunction." They can't get it up with a real woman, but they can jack off to porn for hours. A sole, flesh-and-blood woman isn't nearly titillating enough to their brains to induce erection or orgasm. For the wives and girlfriends of these guys not being able to arouse your partner can be emotionally devastating.

So with any clinically observed phenomena there are individuals on both ends of the bell curve, so I'm not trying to dispute that this may not be an issue for you.

I only know that with every breath I think of my lovely wife. We have gone through many phases of marriage from making love in every room in the house, attic and shop to having fundamental differences about life plans to marrying off 3 daughters and now being grandparents. I am definitely imprinted with her. Her hair, her smell, her voice, all of her and definitely her cooking. As for our sexual life, we have lived every stage, but only with each other. For me, the main purpose of chastity belt prevent masturbation. I cannot get orgasm by masturbation anymore since locked.
However, due to long term chastity control, the duration of PIV sex is decrease because I am too sensitive.
