The defibrillator electrodes don’t go anywhere near your penis. A cock cage, or any body jewellery, won’t have any effect on a defibrillator.

Absolutely not. However they may want to remove the cage for a follow up CT / MRI. Some of major arteries go through the groin. If you feel that you have an impending heart attack, and there's lots of early indicators, then don't worry about the cage, put some aspirin under you tongue, or if you have it take GTN and call for urgent medical assistance

If your being defibrillated you are dead already and would never feel it. The electricity goes between the pads through the heart and attempts to reset your SA node and hopefully get your conduction back in line. I know this because I am a paramedic and have used defibrillators on patients hundreds of times over a 30 year career with the fire department.
I am a CPR and BLS trainer. We train to not place AED pads touching metal underwires or body jewelry. A chastity cage is no where near where pads are placed, so we honestly wouldn't care what you may or may not have on your cock.
