Burg watcher lock that doesn't take a key to lock

The HT5 has a bush button lock. There are Chinese knockoffs as well. Search eBay for HT5 chastity.

 

Most locks are designed as a security feature for a single user. The Burg Wachter locks were actually designed to fit inside old fashioned skeleton key locks. They never envisioned what most of us use them for. :-/

 

When those locks are in the open position you can't get the key out, but if you pick the lock so it is unlocked with no key in the lock, you can lock it by simply turning it to the locked position. If the locking tab is exposed you can use that to turn it. If not, almost anything which will engage with the end of the keyhole will do it. If they are not modified they are easy to pick, particularly if the lock is on its own and not locked into a device. See this video

If you are happy with the security of the unmodified lock, as might be the case for bondage purposes, and you are practised at picking the lock, you can hand over the keys then pick the lock so you don't need the keys to lock it again. BTW I am not suggesting that you always use a condom wrapper. Any thin flat thing of the right width will do it. A straightened out paper clip bent back double will do it.

Of course, have a mind to safety if you are going to lock yourself into something.

That would be nice, especially if they could be made backward compatible with devices using the Burgwächter locks
