Blueblood??? European???

    Holytrainer, Carrara and many other European merchants of Chastity belts. Are they really selling enough belts and making big fortune and never fxxking care anybody who likes to raise questions before purchase??

    Forgive me being rude but I am really angry. As a consumer, I almost always keep my enquiry and text as short and neat as possible, revising the content ''in hope of '' getting replies. But they simply just do not reply to emails.

    Carrara- Since the beginning of April they don't reply to ANY mails I sent to them. I tell them I need a belt, ready to pay, no more questions. Please Please Please propose an invoice for me so that I can pay and we can have something to keep track of.

    He just ignores. Totally ignores.

    Having called him through international calls for 100 times, last week (in fact almost 10 days ago) , finally someone answered and he said " Yes Yes Yes, I am driving, just back from Russia, ok I will reply to your mails ASAP."

    10 days' gone. No email at all, Not in Junk box either. Simply Bullshhhh.....

    Totally waste of my time.


    I really don't understand what's in their mind. Buying something like begging something.

    It's not uncommon in Europe. As I said, Holytrainers and Carrara.
    Neosteel - better, but waiting time for a feedback is usually 1 month.


    And latowski, replied me after 7 months saying that '' you have to come personally for measurement ''

    Your communication style might be putting them off. It's certainly putting me off.

    100 phone calls would look like spam to me.

    Seems to be a bit of a common thread running . Guys with fairly robust communication skills and manufacturers with the lack of foresight in replying in a timely fashion.

    Seems to me the one that picks up the phone is going to get the order.

    So manufacturers get the proverbial digit out of one's ass no matter how nice it feels.

    @kenny1999 Oh dear - I have dealt with fetish felix before and the replies took time, but the exception to this Behind Barz (www.behindbarz.co.uk) @Behind Barz , very quick answering of queries and delivery really quickly! - If your european would recommend highly!

    Thanks @philfred - simply trying to treat people as we would expect to be treated!

    Good communication makes us here at Behind Barz feel more protected in our own purchases, so in turn we want our clients to feel secure (in every way). We have lots of queries from people prior to them purchasing - let's face it the cost of a custom-made belt is not pocket money, and more often than not, people have felt let-down by previously owned belts and devices. It's entirely natural to want to ensure the product will meet your requirements and expectations so we answer any questions posed to us.
