Best way to findout if he had an orgasm or not.....feed him his cum afterwards. Thats what my Goddess does. If he gladly eats it, he is still horny and most likely didnt have an orgasm. If he refuses or is reluctant to eat it, he probably had an orgasm.

Also, if he had an orgasm, his penis will get soft. Maybe not completely limp, but it will be softer.
