I have the same product (and there are several reviews of it in this forum) without the ball cage. I doubt that the ball cage is useful. I need to adjust the position of the testicles sometimes, and the cage would hamper that repositioning. I would also be afraid that the edge of that cage chafes the thighs. And, of course, cleaning is more difficult and shaving impossible. But the cage looks gorgeous for sure and I'd love to try it on.
