Welcome! I'm not sure, but I use the KSD-G3 anti-pullout with the CB-6000 and I have yet been able to pull out. I know there are lots of super secure stainless steel devices, but they require a piercing. Good luck.

 

MMso anti-pullout pins but noy sut#re if ewill adapt to that device. But worth a checkout.

The tethered ones work. 100% you can get the non metal ones very cheaply to just try them out.

 

Amazingly comfy device! Plus, absolutely NO problem with hygiene! And unlike plastic CB-6000/6000s, this thing does not need removal for cleaning! So usual shower cleans you as much as you need, without any extra efforts. Which means - yes, you're equipped for real long-term chastity!!)) The only issue is that the only one ring included! So if you mistargeted, you'll have to order another size, which is NOT cheap, as I've thought. The extra ring costs over 2/3 of the whole thing's price, actually. Anyway, comparing this metal thing to plastic CB6000/6000s, it's not really anything even to talk about! The CB-s are too tough, unhealthy and needed at least 1 removal in every 2 days for cleaning - or the stink would be just unbearable. Plus if you have a small penis, which exactly small when it's soft, it can easily slide backwords inside of CB-s chastity tube and you either try to make it "bigger" to fit the tube and get comfortable or you need to take the tube off for some time to make your penis "in order"! Which is absolutely impossible if you're on the contract with a keyholder, on the commitment or just have been locked up by your keyholder with a single-use plastic lock!! That's why I think more than important to preview all the possible cases and get the secure-fit chastity device, when no ball can not pop out some time. And with this device, I'm more than sure - you can wear it for real, I mean REAL long time!

 

And speaking of anti-pullout, I've got just one trouble - with my left ball's pulling out, leaving me no choice but to remove the whole thing and then reattach it back again! I see the only solution to this in buying a smaller base ring (which I've successfully did tonight). I did tried various ropes, etc. to wrap it around my balls to prevent pulling-out... As a rule, ropes just gave much more skin irritation (than it was before) and did not guarantee from any ball's pulling out! Perhaps, I have tricky balls? Sometimes they seem to be so big and swollen, then they get to be really small again - and then pull out of chastity!!!
