    The first few times folks I knew started talking about how CBT really helped them, or that their therapist mentioned it, I fought to keep my eyebrows from raising.

    It's like when I first got onto a kinky social networking site and was thrilled to see groups about the British Broadcasting Comp- oops. No. That's not what that is about.
