The new 57mm ring is working out quite well so far. Since I put on the waist strap I’ve experienced no more escape attempts. The effect of pulling the ring back seems to be helping a lot in this regard. Sleeping has been very comfortable in general with only a little pulling/burn on the underside of my scrotum which is easily relieved by adjusting the bottom of the ring to be closer to my testes.
