3D Printed tube with PA

    I designed this in Solidworks so that it could be used with a PA ring (works with captive ring) or Steelworxx titanium hasp lock. I am still working on some more designs for lightweight on the go devices. PTEG seems to work well and have plenty of strength, also looking at printing in ASA.

    I am still adjusting the model to reduce supports and have the ability to customize diameter, piercing size. Also testing strength with PTEG. Right now I have it designed to work with the Steelworxx titanium hasp. The lower support bar might become customizable also depending on piercing ring size.

    I’m interested as well… have a new PA so it’ll be a bit before I can go back in to the cage, but on the lookout for something “shaft only” and lightweight.
