Dear males and their dominant female owners: In honour of International Women's Day, I want to state my gratitude for the strong women in my life who I consider to be my better and better suited to be in charge of me. I call on all males here to post their support for the idea that women should not only take their rightful place alongside men in all areas of society but in many cases (or most cases?) they should be in charge of us. All hail the superior women!
I like what you posted. EXCEPT too many women feel they have to act like men to be in a position of authority. I hate this as I believe women are superior to men and acting like men is going the wrong direction. So if women are going to take their rightful place in power they need to act like women and lead in a way that is natural to them, not emulate the awful way men act in leadership positions.
Where in what I said did I imply that women have to act like men? And an even better question, how do you act like a man?
I didn’t say you did. I’said it. How? My experience is good Female managers lead with compassion and don’t try to be one of the guys. The worse ones do the opposite. It was my the point I was trying to make.
