    Since I got the Neosteel Arch some 11 months ago, looking my best physically has felt more important to me. My body fat was some 12% and though a thin body type I did not particularly like what i saw in the mirror.

    So I increased training and started to watch what I put in my mouth, and thus deleted unnecessary fast carbs.

    11 months later body fat is 4% and I have more muscles than before. Waist measure has gone from 81 cm to just under 70 cm, and can easily squeeze down to just 60 cm in a corset.

    Next step is to increase the size of my butt in the gym and further tone my waist.

    This is a physique I never desired before, but now my target is set ;) B

    By this summer target is to have a butt and waist that any girl would kill for ;)

    You have set up a sexy fitness goal!
    But frankly,
    I did not understand the connection between chastity and looking best physically!
    Are your efforts due to your partner's wish?

    For me it has EVERYTHING to do with wearing the chastity belt.
    I was happy with my body before and really never had to pay attention to my physique. The look I now strive for is quite different to my current till quite masculine body.
    Wanting feminine figure with a narrow waist and a bigger butt to look nice in dresses is 100% due to processes that long term lock up has infused in me. Not much attention will be put on shoulders or getting beefier arms ;)
    I do it for me, no one else.
    But everyone is different, and have different motivators. This is my story, not a general truth…

    This will be my programme 3 times a week.
    - 2 times at home and
    - 1 very heavy at the gym.

    In addition I wall climbing and will add som jogging.

    I might post a "Before pic" to have a comparison on a montly basis..(!?)

    I have taken somer baseline measurements and taken some ”before” pictures.
    Current measurements:
    Size 36 "C"
    Hight: 175 cm
    Weight: 61,5 kg
    Waist: 73 cm (60 cm in corset)
    Hipps/bum: 90 cm
    Thighs: 52 cm
    I want to reduce fat around my waist and add a few centimeters on my bum and thighs.

    So for your hight you are quite fit or possibly skiny.
    You are going to up your exercises to add in all the squats?
    So are you going to eat more pies ?
    Because how else are you going to get more curves. Yes muscle on your bum is possible but thighs and hips quite difficult for a genitic male who naturally put weight on tummy first . Even obese guys have more often than not small bum and hips .
    It's one of the things I am interested to see as my hormones are now on the way to full female is how my bum hips tummy fat gets redistributed. I am 5 10 and 79 kg ..

    Plan is to increase the size of my gluteus and thighs muscles and to burn fat around the waist. Not exactly the perfect female figure but as close as a guy can come without hormoners ;)

    Hi

    Get the muscle bit and I did lots of sit up crunches to trim tummy but are you not going to burn fat of your bum and thighs.

    However get where you are coming from . I think it's why a lot of the urber T girls are all most usually skiny ,to balance the lack of hips have very flat tums .

    So, yesterday was my first official day with the 30 butt challenge. But as I have written before I will do quite some additional butt friendly exercises.

    Yesterdays routine: Day one challenge = 15 squats (24 kg of weights), 5 bridges, and 10 lounges (16 kg weights). I have decided that that lounges in the table is "per leg", so 10 lounges is ten for each leg = 20 lounges in total etc... ON top of that I went running for 30 minutes with some intervals specially focusing on my rear.

    Today I have done he done day 2 of the challenge = 20 squats (24 kg of weights), 5 bridges, and 10 lounges (16 kg weights). I will also go running today.

    I have decided to use this thread as my training diary to ensure I do what I have promised to. 30 days of hard butt work out!

    Already the hard day one routine seems to lift the butt, or rather pump it, so I am curious on the progress over the next month ;)

    Here is my report of my fist week of the 30 day butt challenge.

    Over the last week I have done 175 squats, 70 bridges and 90 lounges. Apart from that I have been jogging with intervalls twice and gone to the gym once where I had a heavy butt focused work out.

    Measurements are the same, minus 1 cm on the waist and plus 1 cm around the butt, which to me is non significant...

    BUT! How it looks and feels is quite a difference in just 7 days. It has gone from fluffy to firm, and it sits much higher and is rounder. I love how it looks and feels and I feel highly motivated to continue.

    I have ordered some new dresses for Barbie and I am really looking forward to see how they will fit.

    Im sure that after the 30-day challenge results will be there, visually and in measurements ;)

    I did the Kylie Minogue bottom tone exercises for years and it did work but have been lazy lately
    but still A nice shape . Check out my pics. .
    Really need to start again .
