    After more than a year of trying I have finally been granted my wish of being caged strictly by my wife. The thing is she has given me a target of losing weight to 83kg and currently I'm 86.5 kg. No tease & denial is allowed. No opening of the cage what so ever until I reach my target weight.
    The problem is my father in law is here to stay with us from very far away after many years. In his honour we are having feasts, picnics and lavish foods. I tend to eat all the good food and unable to lose weight. I pleaded my wife to just do something to me, atleast just unlock me once and just hold my D tightly in her warm soft hands. But she says NO. she says No, No, and NO. She says did you lose weight ? I haven't. So she laughs and says "sorry babe, rules are rules. She dominates me in front of her Father and is really enjoying it. I have to serve her father food all the time while being tightly locked in a metal nub which is further secured and tightened by a support belt.
    With all the festivities going on it's so difficult to maintain a strict diet and gym routine... I wonder wheny torment will be over and I would be able to taste my hot sexy wife. Many a times in the presence of my Father in law my cage is bursting as my wife is looking pretty and is laughing generally and I feel embarrassed thinking of my situation. My father In law has no idea that his daughter has her husband locked and denied... But I know that and it's even more frustratingly sexy.
    My weight keeps on going up and down but not reaching the target, which has made me kiss her feet every chance I get, I massage and rub her feet all the time, I keep smelling her worn shirts and her underarms, and my balls hurt all the time due to constant arousal but no relief.

    I wish there was a pill which would instantly make me lose weight...

    Has anyone of you ever struggled to reach a certain weight before you could be allowed to unlock ?

    My word yes. Losing weight with chastity has two phases -- losing it and keeping it off -- and you have been dealt a very difficult hand for the easiest one. My sympathies. Perhaps you should just give up until the festivities are over. In my experience it really doesn't matter how much you need to lose in phase one. You will lose as much as you want in just a few months. Then the real struggle will begin. In my case I weigh myself every day. I have a target weight and if my weight exceeds the target by one full pound I get a caning. I get a caning that day and I get a caning every day until my weight is back at the target, This sounds worse than it is because I make a point of losing an extra five pounds below the target, which means I never run any risk of being caned (at least not for that reason). Maybe you might come up with another system. But you are going to need to come up with something -- keeping it off is the main struggle.

    Just eat the right things. High in protein and low in carbs. And exercise, exercise, exercise. You'll get there. Drink plenty of water too. Cut back on alcohol if you drink.

    Well 3 to 4kg is a bit to lose, might take a while. You could be locked up for quite some time. Don’t forget, you asked for this! Good luck.

    You could establish an eating regime and stick to it. Regular portion sizes, nothing outside mealtimes. Good luck

    I'm trying to lose a few pounds, walked 18miles this week and not shifted a pound ! :(

    Think about how long it took to gain weight, probably gradually over time. Losing weight sustainably is the same process, it takes some time.

    Eat less/better, move more, it will happen.

    Perhaps not option...but wearing a corset long periods and for days certainly has restricted my eating in the past.

    As others mention though, the correct diet and liberal exercise is best!

    Make sure if you’re able, to lift weights as part of your workout. You’ll continue burning calories a lot longer than cardio workouts.
    The down side to this, muscle weighs more than fat, so depending on what kind of shape you’re in already, you could end up adding some weight even though you’d be getting healthier and changing the shape of your body.

    It’s pretty easy to close weight all about being doing consistent decisions and from good habit. First increase activity anything from walking to exercise continuously. Start good eating habits. Try limit eat at night. Don't indulge too much.

    Before the pandemic shut down things here in the US in March of 2020, I weighed between 153 and 155 pounds. My primary care physician was always bitching about me needed to lose some weight being only 5' 4" tall and of slight build. I had been working out with cardio and weights for 15 years. Once I stopped working out due to the pandemic I started to lose weight rather than gaining weight and still haven't stopped. My weight now bounces around between 142 and 145.

    I have been working our again for a year and a half with weights and cardio and still haven't been able to gain any of the weight that I lost. I'm convinced that the weight that I lost was muscle. Some people complained that they gained weight during the pandemic. I did the exact opposite, I lost weight and haven't been able to gain it back.

    As much as I love this fantasy post… I mean, it could be true, I’m not disputing that, I’m saying… wtf, I don’t need to justify my thoughts.

    So anyway, you’re locked up. What I remember of your story that’s exactly what you wanted and it don’t go to plan. Hot wife liked manly man. Which is weird as manly men are heavy. So I’d tell her to stop being confusing and work on your physique. Pile on those pound. Work out. Look like a God! Then say “you really don’t want to unlock this??’
    Fuck the shit out of that sexy bitch!…

    Damn, I’m off my point again….

    So, if you said something along the lines of, “no sex until you lose weight, it’s not attractive!” She would be livid!

    So my thoughts on this, and they’re genuinely well thought out, are this:
    Literally throw out all the food. Except for small portions to regulate your weight. When she asks why, just be like “yeah, we both need to lose weight, need to be attracted to you when you finally let me out”

    Ok, it’s not good advice. Sober I would totally advise against it, but sometimes I think about these FLRs and just think: “well, that’s kinda mean.”

    I wanted her to be this controlling, to be mean to me. To deny me, to keep me frustrated. It was a dream and that dream is coming true. But now when it is actually happening, the desire to feel something to your locked D is too much. My argument with her is that don't let me O and just tease and deny me, give me handjobs, or blowjobs etc but just don't let me O. But she says NO to everything. She just wants me to achieve the target weight and only then she would uncage me for a day or 2 with only she knows how many Os or not. After the freedom of a day or 2 she says I will be locked again to achieve the next target, which is 80kg.
    She is the boss, it's her choice. As always said here "Be careful what you wish for".

    Two things:
    1) She is not only being the Wife you wanted, she is looking out for you in a caring way. She's set a goal for self-improvement, and provided a motivation and a reward. That's good domination.

    2) Long periods of chastity are hard, but they get easier over time. Most of us men are 'broken' by our key holders eventually. Like training a horse to wear a bridle and carry a rider, it takes training to teach a man to handle strict unrelenting chastity. After a significant period all of us finally break and just learn acceptance without complaint. My Wife calls it 'being docile'. At that point she could unlock you for short periods on the honor system and not only will you not cheat, you will look forward to being locked up again as it's the state you are used to being in.

    It seems that for most of us it will require at least one long lock-up for a month or more without hope of an unlock. I have a fairly significant sex drive, so a month is a reaalllyy long time for me in particular.
