Swollen foreskin after being locked

    Hello everyone

    I started self-locking recently with Baby Cobra and Tiny Metal Cage. The small size of the cage and ring size is comfortable but my foreskin is always swollen. After taking it out for a few hours, it returns to normal.

    Any suggestions, please advise me.

    I find I can only ware my skin outside the cage bars

    See, if I use a enclosed cage or one with bars at the front I get it.. recently I was in a slightly longer cage, had to use a larger pa ring but then it was hard having to adjust where my skin was all-day. Behind the ring and it would swell in front of the ring and it would pull

    Is your foreskin naturally tight? How easily does it slide over the glans?

    Looks to me like your cage is to tight and giving yourself oedema. It your cage causing your foreskin to remain retracted when your wearing it?

    It is pretty loose and it covers my flans, but my foreskin a bit extra

    I got it, I used to wear the slightly bigger cage but it uncomfortable due the space in cage is too loose. Using bigger ring to get more gap for my balls that cause my balls slipping out .

    If I edge before locking I get this same effect. Sometimes my entire cock retains fluid. And looks swollen.

    Edema is always caused by the cage being too tight. Normally, it is the cage diameter that is too small.
