    It looks like the last dinner at the restaurant with my darling...it was punishment for bad behavior with friends.. he spent the dinner looking at the key and the people around...to be honest I also watched around to check that no one knew us.

    Thank you so much for adding to my understanding of the psyche of a keyholder. Mrs. KyDave and I "played chastity" for a few years before committing to it a few months ago.

    Your points I listed above are very eloquently stated. My job may not be stressful, but ceding every aspect of our physical intamacy has made me more free than I've ever been in all my 50+ years. I've told her over and over how great a relief it is not having to serve the whims and fancies of my penis anymore.

    When I join her in the bathtub, lay in bed and cuddle, help her dress/undress, and a myriad other close interactions I can simply relax and enjoy living in the moment. I'm not wondering how to get her to touch me "there." I don't have to plot how I can manipulate the situation to get her in bed. I can just enjoy being with and touching my beautiful wife.

    Without being able to get an erection, I don't have to listen to my base desires. Rather, I can listen to the perfect harmony of our deep, profound, committed, and joyous love. Other than the Grace of Christ, Mrs. KyDave has truly, literally and figuratively, set me free to live "exceedingly, more abundantly."

    It took us both a while to reconcile being Christians with "some weird sex fetish." The breakthrough was the realization of the freedom that male chastity offers. I can just love my bride, secure in the knowledge that any sexual unions we have are initiated by her desire to please me, not just because my penis wants some attention.

    As you said, our erections are a shared, communal event that happen by a mutual desire: not my animal instincts or her "performing her wifely duty." I do plan to write about why Christian couples should consider male chastity -- and will certainly include sentiments like yours. Two references to consider: 1) husband's love your wives as Christ gave Himself for the church, and 2) if your (penis) causes you to sin (lock it away).
