    I voted depends on circumstances.

    If the illness is effecting your wearing of the device, then yes it should be removed. If you need to be hospitalized, the device should be removed. Common sense type of stuff.

    If I have a cold or some sort of injury/illness not effecting the wearing of my device, I am locked. These are the times the keyholder needs to enforce the usage of chastity.

    When I had Covid this past year it stayed on, all I did was sleep for 3 days and real slow on the next 2. It did not impact me at all so we left it on. Now when I cam down with the stomach flu and spent 30 plus hours in the bathroom literally sleeping on the floor in a pile of blankets, my wife took it off for the better part of 5 days.

    I tested positive for Covid today(first time!), with moderate symptoms. Never occurred to my KH, or me until I saw this topic, that my cage should come off. Just who I am: a caged man.
