Hello everyone. I was wondering what is the best long term chastity device you would recommend. I have used non brand plastic with padlock and non brand metal with tumber lock. The longest I have went is one month and my wife, keyholder, want to possibly go longer. So I'm looking for something that is comfotable, minimizing chaffing. I'm ok with either plastic or metal but prefer the tumbler style lock. Any recommendations the community can give would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Open style Titanium is best, in my opinion. BAW isn't taking orders currently, but will again soon.

I've wore "The Cage of Shame" 24/7 for the last 7 months. Only unlocked once a week for cleqning. I often forget it's even on

Also, for the full experience a piercing to prevent any kind of escapes.

Open style metal (stainless or titanium, either will work). Mature Metal made mine. But custom is expensive, so if you go that route, make sure you've settled on a good size (tends to change a lot at first as your body adapts). You can get cheap (<$20 US) metal cages on DHGate in the meantime to try out different designs. I'd still strongly recommend a custom one eventually, but in the meantime, a cheap knock-off will work in the meantime, and if you need a different size, $20 is a lot easier to shell out.

The Malechastitynow Contender is a great device for long term. Another great thing is that he usually ships in a week or so for a custom device!

MCN Contenders are really good and ship within days rather than months. To get a really comfortable 24/7 device requires patience and the willingness to modify and change until you get the perfect fit. But once you do get a good fit and turn the keys over . I am now the !

FWIW, I've done well with the Cobra (kink3d.com)- 3+ months this term, off once for shaving/cleaning. I've also found that with proper cleaning from the outside, it hardly ever needs to be removed (that should be true for most cage-type devices but not the tube devices).

I'm curious with these - can it really be kept on this long without cleaning compared to a metal device?

Well....I'm doing it. And metal or plastic both need the same cleaning.

Consider that there are many degrees of cleaning. I guess some people just lather a little around the outside as they would for their hands, but with a cage you need to get the soap & lather into the inside, too. I use a cut-down toothbrush to brush around the inside and can work a finger around the underside above the balls. Once that's well-rinsed out, I also pour some 25% rubbing alcohol over the tip and underside. Last time the cage was off (after 3? months), there was no skin irritation and only the tiniest of smell. I can report back next time it's off, but don't know when that will be; not for at least a couple of months, I expect.

My personal long-term favorite would be the Holy Trainer V4 Nub. I wear it continuously for months on end with an occasional quick releases for deep cleaning, then right back in. Comfort is good, and it is easily cleaned daily with a hand-held shower nozzle and a bulb syringe.

I can confirm the MCN Contender is perfect for long-term wear. Easy to clean, quite comfy.
    BAWR will probably be similar.

Devices like the Holytrainer, VIce or CB6000 are impossible to clean while locked.

If you are going serious with this, a BON4 wouls be a great choice. High-quality and very comfortable. Also, it allows you to get cleaned properly without having to take it off. It's not cheap but it's totally worth it if you want something for the long-term.

I will second this one. Wear mine everyday and most nights. It’s very comfortable, easy to clean, and well made.

I will say I made some slight modulations to take up some of the slop in the pin and lock fitment. Slight bend in the pins and some material in the pin holes and there is no play or pinching from the cage.

I will also say that you can get the same cage of Amazon from TERENENCE for about $25 shipped. Just need to know what ring size you want.

For long term wear, in my experience the only thing that works (I.e. doesn’t get smelly and need to be removed for cleaning) is made of steel or titanium and has an open design that allows plenty of air to circulate. Like the one in my avatar.

I can wear this indefinitely, and have done for periods of up to 3 months when it was removed as my key holder wanted to let me out, not that it needed to come off.

Well, that was earlier than expected.

My cobra was off a couple of days ago to change for a smaller cage (which fits a lot better). It had been on for just over a month and there was negligible smell and no skin irritation. This suggests that it is possible to wear a plastic cage long-term without weekly removal.

That's been my experience with a Vice Mini. My longest has been a month before I was desperate for a shave.

Sorry to disagree but that thing weighs a ton and the complexity of the closure makes it tough

Can't deny that, it's not a lightweight cage. But one gets used to it quickly. I wear it 24/7 and the fact that it's heavy doesn't bother me at all.
Also, the closure system isn't that complex, in my opinion. I even like that it has it

I also recommend the Cobra cage. Very comfortable for long term.
