I am locked in a steel inverted device; the little piece is compressed into my body. I cannot see it, touch it, or play with it. The device is locked on with screws and without the proper wrench there is no way to remove it. The security screws require a special tool that I do not have. The device is comfortable but inescapable.

Tether is just as good as a piercing. Indeed better..... If I put a plastic numbered tag through the end of the tether, it wouldn't even matter if i had the key.

I do not have a piercing or a tether so I would be able to pull out the back of my device if properly motivated.
My Wife has not ruled out a piercing but it will be down the line if She does decide that it’s something She wants for me.
The device fits my shaft and head like a glove and has 4 spikes that screw into it. The length of the spikes are about half the diameter of the cage so they are really dug into my shaft.

The retainer, or anti-pullout ring is a ring that fits pretty snugly in the recess just behind the head of your penis. It is anchored at the bottom and can pivot. Any attempt to pull back on your shaft causes the ring to rotate around that pivot and clamp down on your penis. Some can escape by lubing up, holding the ring in place with a tiny instrument (to avoid the pivoting) and pulling back. I cannot do this. Even those who report pulling out usually cannot get back in because it requires a fair bit of effort to get the ring over the head of your penis. The devil is in the details, however. Too small a ring and you will get sores (especially if you can swell at all in your cage). Too big of a ring is ineffective. If your cage has too much room you can get in there and work yourself in/out, if your cage does not have enough room, or if the ring anchor is too far back, you can get too much skin pushing past the ring and getting pinched (edema). I have gone through every one of these variations getting this one to work (which is why I think a PA would have been quicker and cheaper, even though we are happy with the final results here).

I do have to say, now that it works it works well. I can swell a tiny bit in the cage, and then the extra compression from the ring makes its presence known (normally I can't feel it). This makes it very difficult to cum in the cage (not impossible, just more difficult). Kind of like a tight fitting cock-ring. It also keeps the skin a bit on the thin-side under the ring meaning if I try to cheat I get a sore. But if I don't try to cheat I can keep it pretty clean and healthy with a q-tip.

The device allows peeing without any difficulties, but you must keep the spray from going in any direction by placing your hand close to the device. As for cleaning, I always wash the area with water and Hydrogen Proixide after urinating. The device is very comfortable and escape proof.
