    I recognised it as one of his pieces, he's an insanely good bondage engineer. As far as i know, he doesn't sell on eBay or Etsy, but you may have luck contacting him on Fetlife and requesting a commission. Good luck!

    That’s right, it’s an adapter Chinese (type) cage to fit to a waist band of a belt. Apparently it’s available on the market some somewhere…

    I’m trying to find one to add to my new belt. Just added photos to my album!
    I did ask the chap on fetlife and he said it was available but I think the language barrier didn’t help.
