I nwver experienced this while in chastity but have experienced this often with C&B bondage that is very tight. The "spunk" only comes out when the bondage is loosened. Don't know where it stays till then but never gave me any problems.
Yep that is exactly what is happening. Maybe if it was tight for a long period it would be absorbed as others have said but that doesn't happen before I start to go soft and therefore allowing room for it to come out.
