Is this common?

Looks like you could use a larger diameter cage. Most can wear a much shorter cage than they think. Stopping it from growing long has little if no problems. But restricting it from at least getting close to normal erect girth can have issues.

 

Definitely looks a little too narrow to me from the pics in your gallery.

The diameter of the cage should not be smaller than your flaccid girth at the widest part. With that style maybe 1mm or 2mm more than flaccid diameter.

Perhaps try keeping as much of the foreskin back out of the cage as possible.

 

i cant see it in your piccy very good cos it a long way away but it you got the rigt size cage and your willy is bulge thro holes then it your fault really cos you getting to excite and that migt be cos you am new. It get better for a lot of folks when they been in a cage for ages.

 

It’s hard to tell with the pictures, but yes this happens, especially in your case as it appears you have an impressive girth.

I would advise that you try an enclosed cage that you can’t poke outwards from. The tightness will add to security. Personally, I think it makes very little difference other than appearance.
My wife decided I should be enclosed but purely because she didn’t like seeing the bulging.

 

It looks like you are getting aroused in the pictures… if you have tiny holes and you are getting aroused… that is gonna happen. You could get a device with no holes or bigger holes, this will stop this from the drastic popping out.

 

I agree, you could do with a wider cage, cherry keeper do some wider designs and there very reasonably priced.

 

After much measuring, I thought I had my cage diameter figured out. Then in anticipation of purchasing a custom mad device, I bought sizing tings. Turns out I need a cage diameter of another 1/8 of an inch. The length turned out to be the same as my Chinese cage, so I was good there. I suggest you pick up some rings and check your size with those.

 

Gaps probably too small.

The same goes for The Vice

Maxi Vice is 1.4 inches or 36mm and all other products they sell are 1.4 as well.

A lot of custom dealers like Mature Metal or Bad Ass Workroom can customize these... The issue you might be having with the Holy Trainer is the gap between the ring and the cage.

These are just my opinions though... Hopefully this helps you or someone else with the same issues.

 

Ring way too big now. Stop buying expensive holy trainers to test. Looking at your first pic You need a slightly longer cage, another 2-3mm in inner diameter and a bigger gap (usually 11-13mm is good). The ring may be good in that first pic or 1mm too small. The HT rings are so different from a normal ring that it’s hard to figure ring size from them. Get a cheap Chinese steel cage with multiple rings to test. See what I am selling on the classified section to get an idea of a good test cage.

 

It’s a weird thing reading this when my problem is slipping out of the Nub size with smallest ring that comes with the package.
