    I would like a device that allows for a full erection. I was thinking a tether with no ring or maybe one of the chain mail devices I have seen on forms. Any thoughts on this? We want my cock to be strong and fully functional just want to give control of its use my wife.

    I wear a BA-33 from Badassworkroom, held on by a PA hook. But a solid cage with a glans retainer ring would also work.

    That works but not sure I want a pa yet... Definitely looks like it would solve my needs. Is it comfortable? Does it cover enough of the shaft?

    It only covers about half the shaft, but for me that is enough to keep me from doing anything but frustrating myself. I managed to milk myself once, but nothing even close to an orgasm.

    If you aren't ready for a PA, one with a glans retainer ring, like in Iron78's photos, but with out the ball capture ring, should work. I'm sure BA could make one where the glans retainer locks to the cage, like my PA hook locks to the cage. With a glans retainer you need a solid cage so you can't cheat and slip the retainer ring off while locked.
