I have a few different ones I use with no pull out problems and I am slightly longer than 3 1/4. It gets squished in (putting it on is a hassle but it works). I dont use a catheter.
I'm about 3 1/2" flaccid and am locked in a 1 1/4" JailBird. The cage contains my glans and my shaft is pushed inside. I can pee fine through the grated opening at the end.
We are about the same size flacid it sounds like and I would prefer a smaller cage so that the bulge is smaller. I currently wear a 2.5 inch jailbird. My concern is that a smaller cage makes it harder to keep everything clean because it's so squished together. How do you find cleaning things when keeping it so tightly compacted?
I recently bought a 3D Printing Spyder cage it's very comfortable however I have to clean it daily if I want my wife to lick the pre cum at the end of my cage Just ordered a small stainless steel cage. I find stainless steel cleaner and easier to maintain
Yes it's harder. I managed to go 7months without any removal in a larger JB, but 10 weeks is the max I've managed in this tiny one before some sore skin needed attention. Drying skin properly or at least best you can takes more effort. But the tiny size of the cage has a lot of positive benefits.
HT nano is pretty small and extremely difficult to pull out of. Also can’t get back in properly when pulling out to its a dead giveaway.
