Before I had to stop wearing my device for a couple of months I was 24/7 (24 hours a day 7 days a week except for cleaning and play time). Now it's the first thing I put on in the morning and the last thing I take off at night.

No it is *not* easy. I am actually at 145 days right now. Not quite where You are at but I agree that it is not easy, especially with the realization that being locked up is a 'forever' type thing. Will You be allowed to orgasm at the 1 year mark?

24/7 too. So far I've successfully gambled on what a doctor would need to check and kept my device on. However, I wouldn't try going through airport security wearing it, just too much hassle, so it comes off then.

Yes my behavior was selfish and hurtful, I completely regret my behavior. I fully accept being a BAV 24/7/365 submissive in permenant chastity. It would be truly permenant chastity with no need for anything further, ever.
To my surprise after monitoring us off and on for nearly 10 years and guiding us through the post affair and chastity arrangement on a monthly now (weekly at the start post affair) our therapist said it could be a decision he could support if we both wanted it. For me, if I had to give my definition of 24/7 chastity it would be:

24/7 chastity can be defined as the requirement of a cage to be worn at all times. Any exceptions to this are at the discretion/decision of the KH with full awareness of its occurrence. A 24/7 lifestyle is not defined by frequency of orgasm or lack of.

My wife gave me a break one day (roughly 12 hours) and I wouldn’t say this was a break from being chastised. In fact, it was a form of punishment. She ensured I was on edge the whole day before relocating me without relief.

Other key holders may allow release during the night. As long as they are aware and decide this to be the scenario of their chastity lifestyle than I’d still assume this to be 24/7.

Personally I don’t agree that living on the ‘honour system’ counts as 24/7 chastity. I’d say this is more… well… honourable. An agreement in orgasm denial.

I imagine others have different views.

Well since the end of september, when I prepared for locktober it is permanent 24 / 7.

With my very short experience, I've got to agree with this. I'm fairly new to chastity, and had to be released for a few days as wearing a device wasn't possible due to some personal commitments. My KH still instructed me to be chastity, and so I did, but I did find it really hard. While caged, I've got less issues not getting aroused, but with no cage it's way easier and found myself fighting the urge of disobeying my KH.

Not sure I'd consider night time unlocked to be 24/7, more like 16/7 locked and 8/7 honour, a sort of hybrid dynamic, since the KH is relying on their sub to not sneak off to the bathroom for a sneaky 3am wank. I don't think i'd have the self control for such an arrangement, I'm locked 24/7 with 10 minutes a week release for a good scrub and clean.

 

Since I brought the idea to my Wife the plan was always 24/7 with it only coming off when She wants it off.
