Just locked up yesterday and gave the keys to a female friend I've played with....but never subbed to. we talked about a week..until the end of the month at most....so I gave her both keys I've complained about having gained some weight...and now I'm being put on an exercise regime and she mentioned 15 to 20 pounds. I'm starting to get worried lol

Mistress & I no longer lived near each other, and in preparation for a "stay connected" phone call, I locked up. (I wasn't normally locked at that time.) When she had to postpone the call 1 week, she told me to stay locked. When we did talk a week later, she said to stay locked until the end of the year (6 weeks away). Then shortly before the end of the year, she said she wanted to keep me locked most of the coming year. ....and that was nearly 3 years ago! Still locked (although i have a temporary reprieve at the moment while I recover from prostate surgery).
So you asked her to hold the keys and you told her what they belonged to? If so, you have a very open minded friend! What was her initial reaction? I'm curious if she asks you about your progress.
VERY open-minded..she knows EXACTLY what they're for and intends to make good use of them. More use than I expected! I'm supposed to see her later....she wants to see the cage but says I won't be seeing the keys until Friday at least . I'm pretty sure she's going to get some orgasms....and I won't.
You should come up with your own plan and let her track your cell phone so she can track when you go to the gym, run, walk or bike. Make your plan, let her know so she can monitor and KEEP you on plan. Drink lots of water (at least 4 liters) because there is a lot of nasty stuff that gets released when your fat cells start releasing fat and you need to get it flushed out. Green tea is very good to drink as well or use the extract.
"Results" should definitely be part of the equation but the steps to get there are also very important. Most of us know what we need to do to accomplish things but fail in "doing the right steps" to get there. We can all think of a million excuses of why we aren't working out today or eating something we shouldn't. It's human nature to be motivated by a reward or punishment today than a reward or punishment next week or next month. Can it work by just focusing on the result? Sure, but focusing on the daily process is far more effective.
