You will find it very strange if you get to no erection capacity. I can't hardly remember the feeling of an erection.

Taking an acid reflux medication doesn't sound like a great plan for reducing erectile function. Why not take spironolactone or bicalutamide? Both of those two medications are routinely and effectively used as androgen blockers. Lupron would be another good option.

 

He won't. I have had no detectable testosterone for over 2 years and still have marginal erectile function (which is still way more than I wish I had). Unless he's very old or very unhealthy, losing all erectile function completely isn't going to happen.

 

Tagamet/cimetidine causes ED because it raises your prolactin levels which has other side effects so make sure you understand Hyperprolactinemia.

I'm not going to deny your personal experience with what your body does but I do see two things I want to comment on.

One, you mentioning no detectable testosterone sounds weird. Even cis women both produce and need testosterone, even if at levels one tenth or even one hundredth of those of some males. Too low testosterone levels cause negative physiological effects even in cis women and those occur at levels far above current detection thresholds. A cis woman can have thirty times less testosterone than her brother and be healthy, so a trans woman might have testosterone levels far below where they used to be and still be okay, but no detectable testosterone looks like bad tests or imprecise wording or a looming medical problem.

Two, even genetic women experience, ahem, erectile functionalities. Female-appropriate testosterone levels alone are not a guarantee of total loss of erectile function. However, some people do experience full ED, for a multitude of reasons. So it might happen, but I don't think we can make reliable predictions here.

 

I had laser surgery to open up the urethra as it goes through the prostate, now no erections and no discharges. The little chitty is perfectly useless other than for ruination. Still with enough stimulation there is a form of climax (no erection or discharge). Now the helpless little clitty is secured in a steel cage.

 

I have the lab results to back up my statements. Do you?

 

Of course I don't have your lab results, nor do I want you to post them here. But me not having those results changes nothing about the biological facts I've mentioned. I'm not trying to attack or doubt you, I'm simply stating the established medical fact that even cis women produce and need testosterone at levels far above detection thresholds to stay healthy. There are various reasons why your lab results might be saying what you wrote they say and some of those possible reasons might also be a reason for you to look into why.

What you do with the knowledge is up to you.

 

The reasons are because I was on an androgen blocker that blocked testosterone, and then I had my testicles removed. Cisgender women get a small amount of testosterone from their ovaries, which I don't have. The small amount made by other glands in the body aren't enough to make much difference.
