My last one of those was over two years ago, but among the punishments were: 1) agreement to set a new personal record for days between orgasms before i could even hope for another climax, 2) receiving an "F" grade for the week and the large number of punishment demerits that come with an "F", 3) telling Her Friend who knows about our FLR that i had done this--quite humiliating, as i remember, and 4) kicking off a long period of re-convincing Mistress that i was indeed serious about submitting to Her control so that we could re-set the dynamic. Sounds lije you need longer in chastity, longer between milkings and maybe more maintenance punishment to keep ypu in order.
