New here, I never can decide what to put on these things. First belt was one of those cheap silicone birdlock ones from ebay. Had a few through the years in plastic and in steel. Last one I had was a knock off holy trainer from ebay. Wore it 2 or 3 days at a time before swelling or other tings made removal necessary.
