Good luck on your journey! Maybe try for a week or 5 days before going for the whole month. tou haven’t told us what device you have, but for any device the basics are the same, keep your self well moisturised down there and most of us like to be trimmed or shaved, to stop the hairs catching.

 

A lot depends on your dynamic, like whether you are self locking or have a keyholder. Just go with the flow and see how it feels. It's not a race, so if you need to unlock, take a break, or readjust the cage, do what is needed. As you adjust to wearing it, you'll find your way forward to a longer lockups. Keep your cage clean.

If you are new to wearing your cage, try a day, then a few days, then overnight, and gradually work toward longer periods. While you are cleaning, check for sore spots or redness. You might need a few days off as your body gets used to it.

A month first time out is a lot. I would say too much. Take your time. Build up to it. Good luck

 

Build.up slowly, start with a few hours and then double it until you can wear the cage all day. Then try going overnight, then double. I would plan on taking a good month before you really try a full week never mind a month. Cleaning is very important and have a cage that provides security but access for full cleaning without removing.
