New to long term chastity. Mistress enjoyed piv, but does not want me receiving and pleasure or release. Does numbing cream really work? What are tips for my mistress so I can please her in this area.

Its been my personal experience that numbing creams do work BUT they can have permanent consequences. Ive been numbing occasionally for years and can say that my sensitivity is definitely less than before. I am not completely numb but if I had to put a number to it I would say I have lost 20 - 30 percent sensitivity permanently. This doesn't bother me nor effect my ability to achieve errections and ejaculate when permitted. Also, I find the numbing helpful for those rare occasions of PIV, helps me not blow in two strokes. Lol
There are many creams to chose from at your local novelty shop. There are also alternatives at the pharmacy like Orajel and Aspracreme which are my go to cream.

Again, and I can't emphasize this enough, use at your own risk and don't be surprised if you experience long lasting or permanent numbing.

Good old ice can work too .. use at your own risk :)
The active ingredient in the numbing creams is lidocaine - most adult toy stores sell some version.

I have used various delay or numbing creams over the years (well not in the past 2 years 5 months), with no lasting side effects. I may just test the theory and sensitivity at some point.

I would have no use for the cream to numb for penetration purposes, as I am strictly chaste.

Thanks, I couldn't think of the active ingredient.
Glad you haven't noticed any difference in sensitivity.

Just a thought - the delay or last longer condoms also work - they have a reasonable amount of numbing agent inside - I know Durex has a version ... the condoms I have in cupboard - all past expiry date - no use for them anyway :)

I wonder, what if you placed one of those condoms on a dildo inside out and went for a ride?

    1. Not easy to fit a condom inside out
    2. Numbing the anal region may not be a good idea either

There are different percentage of the ingredient, perhaps you need to look for a higher percentage product. Also, for me letting the cream sit 15-20 mins acheives full numbness.

Several things that I've read suggest waiting a period of time after applying. Among other things, that reduces the transmissibility of the lidocaine to your partner.

Benzocaine is another active ingredient (works better on me for some reason) and EMLA cream is a perscription combo.

In all cases apply at least 15 minutes before "action" and/or use a condom to prevent numbing her

LMX 4% (or Tropicaine) should do it. Apply, wait 5 min (or more), and then no matter how much she lets you stroke and try, attempted orgasm is fruitless. Been using for years to torment me and no lasting side effects.

5% lidocaine creams have always done the trick for me, but they need about 10-15 minutes to take full effect.
After wearing a condom filled with 5% lidocaine cream for 15 minutes, I can barely feel my penis at all. ...it may as well not exist for the next hour or so, and will likely not regain normal sensitivity for a few more hours after that :+1:

When you say "filled", how much do you mean? I've found that the 5% stuff starts wearing off for me after about 20 minutes, which is frustrating in the bad way since we'd like to have me be numb for longer.

I did try some 10.5% cream the other day and it worked *much* better for me. Would love to be able to get things totally numb for an hour without having some residual cream in a condom, though. We wound up having some leak out which numbed my wife a bit - the opposite of what we want! I need to experiment more with longer application periods and using more of the stuff. Unfortunately the 10.5% is quite expensive at $30 for a 30g tube, compared to the 5% which is $13 for 127g.

Sorry, sloppy language on my part. In place of "condom filled" please read "surface of shaft and glans coated with condom covering all until it takes effect"

...re duration of effect, this seems like anecdotal evidence that everyone is different and "Your mileage may vary"

Also, Inquiring Minds want to know, where can I buy 10.5% lidocaine cream? is it available in the US? can you provide a link?

,,,oh Never mind, it seems Aliexpress offers up to 29.9% lidocaine cream

I apply a very liberal amount on my genitals and in about 15 minutes all my junk is completely numb. I do notice air dry is not as numb as in a condom to " marinate".

I agree, numbing the anal area is not a good idea, this is how you can cause serious trauma.

Based on the research I've done, that 29.9% stuff is probably not legit and doesn't have the claimed potency. The brand I settled on was NumbSkin, which I purchased from skinnumbing.com, though there are a few other places.

Mithra tattoo numbing cream is really strong. Let it sit and rinse off excess before action. Dynamo delay is a very effective spray as well. It acts fast and its convenient. It's strong and lasts a while.

I've used lidocaine (5 - 8% depending on brand) successfully by liberally coating the inside of a plastic cage so that my entire cock is covered for 1 hour (or more). That way, even after the cage is removed, my cock is useless for 1 - 2 hours. I can't get an erection, no matter how hard I try. I use this as a technique to be able to remove the cage to sleep, but still be unable to pleasure myself until after I've already gone to sleep. I've done it many times and haven't noticed any long term effects. Getting any numbing cream into mistress isn't a problem because it's simply impossible to get an erection anyway.

I have used Emla numbing cream. For my birthday I was heavily numbed and had four condoms on. She held a Fleshlight and I enjoyed 50 seconds of PIV. Used once or twice since and no lasting effects

Thanks for this thread, it was exactly what I was looking for. About to complete a 2 week lock up, my longest ever and I am really enjoying the sub space I have gone to and the constant erotic energy I feel. My wife does enjoy sex with me though and needs that, there is only so much oral pleasure she can take.

I have been suggesting I can wear her strap-on instead of unlocking me but she really doesn't seem in to that.

I just bought the NumbSkin from Amazon and combined with 2 condoms I feel we can have sex for her but still leave me with out release.

    We shall see!

My wife's favorite game is to apply LMX4% to my clit and tease it for 5 minutes while taking effect. Then to see who can masturbate to orgasm first - if she wins, then I have to lock up for an indeterminate period. A very tough game for me to win.

Used as directed they delay ejaculation. Use a lot more for more numbing and less feeling, but its still possible to ejaculate and you'll probably not even know its happening. Use too much and you'll lose the erection.
