Not all of it, but just the base part.
It seems like you could just super glue everything together except just the tube part. Then you would have basically the cockring part with the pins coming out, and then you could just put it on like a two piece.
Cant believe I am just coming to this since most of the pinching I get comes from getting all of the other pieces together before even getting to the tube part.
Is there something I am missing here?
Once I do it, it's either going to work or I am going to have to buy a knew one.

Why do you want to do that? Is your device break?

I am thinking about gluing all of the base pieces together so that it will be easier to get on and off.
The problem is the base part might be difficult to get in and out of as one piece because it is a lot wider than the base of a metal device.

Why not, sounds like a good idea if you find the right fit. no pinching.

I once glued an old knock off one together, the whole thing, lock free, was a very nice and kept it all together with no movement or pinching, it lasted a bit longer than a week before it lost its security/cleanliness and I had to remove it.
Luckily I had a real one to go back into once I had it removed.

I found that the solid rings from the old CB2000 were the best in terms of not pinching or chafing. I mainly uysed a CB3000, and superglued the hinged ring into a solid one. I did try it with the CB6000, but the squared off edges were not as comfortable, so I modified things to make the cage fir the old solid rings.

A long time used model airplane glue to completely stick anything that could be stuck on a knock off cb-6k which replaced the need for a lock. It lasted quite a while but it was only whilst we were waiting for a FORT to arrive. then just cut the pins and it came off easily enough.
