It does not really work for me but I got a mantra I always told in my head hundreads of time while doing chores, it helps me at first to do it and then is my permanent moto. It says "I'm submissive, it's my life, I obey'. I says it in French and it is simple and fast to say, a bit like prayers that constantly repeated in temples become hypnotic and conditionning to the mind. In French it rime. (Je suis soumis, c'est ma vie, j'obéi),
I do this too. My mantra is part of a longer prayer and affirmation. The repeating line is "I am your chaste submissive husband."
