It's the small things. taking her plate after dinner,or making dinner, making her Tea/Coffee etc. As I've said most will not have any kink at all.
I see from your introduction post, you're pretty new to your FLR, so you're obviously trying to work out a dynamic. The advice I would give is to suggest to your wife that if she can't think of anything she wants or needs you to do at the moment, that's fine. Coming up with pointless tasks is her working to amuse you when you should be the one putting in the effort to make her life easier.
The more Vanilla the better as these things can be done with guests or family around and they won't think twice except you love her and are looking after her.
Absolutely. If you want it to work, you and your wife need to go at your own pace (which is likely her pace since I assume you are the one who wants it since you were self locking) and can't try to instantly meet the standards created by fantasy or the internet. If your wife finds it to be a hassle because she constantly feels forced to come up with games and tasks for you, it is going to end sooner or later. I'd say sooner.
As the others have said, it's best if you can integrate tasks into your daily routine, rather than thinking of this as something additional.
The best I guess is to look at what she does and don't like to do and takes it on your side without saying anything, and slowly goes to more and more, and of course, do it well. With some time she will be a lot happy of it and will find it interesting, then you can tell her about FLR and the benefits that she sees, she may then agree with you and go to you fantasy.
