    Lady Kat and i were recently shopping / browsing in an antique store and came across a throne chair. She commented how much she would like a throne chair but not this one ( too large for our house ) so i set out on a mission searching online. Found one for a good price and only 2 hrs from home. Lady Kat now has a throne chair in the living room. As She said, a perfect addition to the living room. ( picture to follow ) Happy Wife, happy life !!!

    The perfect Throne Chair. What would all the requirements be for it to be perfect. This could be an interesting development as the chair is designed.

    Congrats. Having a throne chair definitely adds some fun and creates a pretty strong visual reminder of the power dynamic in the household. Can't wait to see a picture.

    Is this just a throne ....my first thought is does the throne also double for queening ?
    just curious.

    Search for Wing chair in your local furniture outlets and you might find some thing that is discreet.

    Also second hand sites and apps etc have hotel furniture for sale and some can be very throne like.

    It's interesting to see how the throne will fit in the living room. I just somehow stopped ordering furniture from online stores. Because the furniture I received was of poor quality. Now they are used as refurbishing chairs. Which is basically clear from the name. I do not know, maybe just change the store and order furniture from there. I just haven't refurbished the new chairs yet. So then they lay in the garage and I work sitting on them. And it's not even returnable. So show me your throne chair. I really want to see it.

    Hard to tell but you might be able to pin someone under it by using the curved section over their neck

    If it is to be a thone you should cover it in gold leaf and make a silk cushion.
