Reward and Punishment ideas for slave weight loss

I need to lose some weight as well. Following.

 

Set an amount for you to lose each week, if you reach it she allows you freedom for 1 hour

 

Take the target weight loss and divide into equal parts where the initial part SHOULD take about a week.

When a goal is achieved, a release of X hours is given.

Obviously, as you go along, the targets become more and more difficult to achieve which will result in longer and longer lockups.

Make sure the final goal is achievable and healthy so that the chaste does not end up spending a year trying to hit it..

During this time, you can also set fitness goals of a average of X miles run during the previous week.. with the final goal at target weight being 20 miles?

I find this so interesting because my beautiful wife/KH approaches it from just the opposite direction. She encourages me to gain weight. True in a sense. At the same time, nobody gets out of this alive. You can diet and exercise 5 hours a day, and you will still die eventually and you have no idea when.

Mistress has a diet plan that has been working for me for some time now. I am on a 40 carb per day limit, have to log all of my food eaten and any day where I exceed my 40 grams of carbs threshold, I am corseted the next day and laced to a tightness decided upon by the amount that I exceed the 40 gm limit. When I began this regimen, I was at 280 lbs and am not at 218, so it has proven very effective for me. SInce i love to wear lingerie, the corset was, at first, attractive to me and I considered it "funishment", but after being more strictly laced, beyond my control and ability to breathe easily or to eat anything, the corseting reached its full potential as a punishment. I no longer take chances on being over my 40 gram limit.

If you are not interested in wearing femme clothing, the corseting might add an element of humiliation to your punishment!

 

I like a little padding but there is a point where you are messing with your health. Im a big girl and can attest that once it starts messing with your health, it's harder and harder to get the weight off to make yourself healthy again. Just be careful!
