I have ben locked for 1 year and 6 month and still locked with no release. I don't feel any health issues. So, it is safe to say that you can be at least locked for this much time.

But I have talked to people who has been locked for more than 10 years and they are still healthy. In the end everyone's body is different and You should listen to yours and decide for yourself.

 

I have seen no convincing evidence it is necessary at all. My conclusion is it's a myth.

There is no evidence that conclusively says if you don’t ejaculate then you will get prostate cancer. There is eveifence that could be interpreted this way though.

There is also be evidence that says you must have a prostate measarge onec a week to avoid the risk of cancer.

However being mindful of your prostate is a very good thing to be. You may spot signs of problems early and get them sorted out unlike the bulk of the population.

 

I asked my doctor and she said there is absolutey no need to ejaculate at all and she is very qualified

 

I'm going to start asking PSA tests on my next blood exam, it is an indicator (nothing more) but at least an important indicator according to my urologist.
He checked me a year ago physically (yes .. you get it.. ) and nothing was wrong, but still as I'm 53 running to 54 in a couple of months he emphasized that checking yearly my PSA level should give a good indication whether further exam would be necessary.
I'm sure all of you know that.

In terms of prostate health the debate regarding the frequency of ejaculation as considered by the medical profession ranges from daily to not necessary at all.

A lot of men on this site would be happy to accept that daily or as frequently as they feel the urge would be the best advice whilst a lot of the women, usually keyholders, would say hardly ever or even not at all.

The only study done is of somewhat limited use given the demographic and conditions of the study. Never the less, more frequent orgasms equals lower risk of developing prostate cancer. What I question is what other health factors play into those quantities of self reported orgasms. If the guy cumming once a month eats fast food three times a day, while the guy cumming 21 times a month eats a fiber rich diet and drinks plenty of water, I doubt the orgasms had much to do with it. We play our games and we take our chances. My wife and I discussed it and when we were doing longer lock-ups I would get milked once every two or three weeks.

Joro, my doctor has made the same conclusion: There is NO need for ejaculation in the male. Fluids are simply absorbed into the body.
