    A few others have come of this thread and they are:

    2, Anyone wishing to comment on the appropriateness of another's avatar should use the report function and or use the pm facility to explain what might be wrong with said avatar. Please don't take the piss with it though, we're a chastity forum not the Stasi. :)

    3. Perhaps, as @lockit suggests, it is time for some published guidelines on Avatars.

    However what we can take away from this is leave moderating to mods .
    There are ways of doing things and this certainly was not the best .

    Nice to meet you jemima.
    After a long stretch of very modest "use" I am currently running almost free range. That wont last long as my first device is on order. We're not new to control but are to devices. I am under the impression admin staff would like to keep convos somewhat tame in these parts of the forum so I hope this is an OK response.

    I'd like to thank everyone for the warm welcomes. This thread is just fine. Life happens. I admin several FB groups (different topics altogether, lol) and stuff happens. I am glad to have a place where I can discuss and share the difficulties (both those self inflicted, lol, and those that come with the territory), as well share the many positives, learning as we all go.

    Interaction with others is a big part of why I joined. Learning, sharing, fellowship. Porn is a great source of inspiration in that it gives lots of naughty ideas but it's also not reality. Porn doesn't help you select a new chastity device or give advice on how to romance your key holder.

    I have been a casual participant for the last few weeks. I do not have an avatar. Reading this thread, I get the impression that there are some "guidelines" about what is and what is not acceptable. I have seen some avatars from several new members and i get the feeling that almost anything goes.

    Can someone please enlighten me? Don't want to start any new flame-mail rants. I just want to fit in.
