When allowed out of the device to cum are you allowed just a single orgasm and then locked back up or do you get a day or longer out to have several orgasms before being relocked? The first one is often a bit disappointing but the second a lot more enjoyable in my experience. Being allowed just the one is almost worse than not orgasming at all I think because you get the let down without really enjoying the orgasm much.
I agree, it takes around 3 times for me to get a great release. When my wife releases me,it has been for several days at a time,last time was 16 days,before I was caged again. When I am not caged and allowed to finish,I am allowed to take charge and have her anytime and how I want. If I am released to take care of her,I am not allowed to orgasm and locked back up as soon as she is satisfied. This is what happened last night. For me the cool down afterwards is more difficult than not getting the cage off at all.
The rare times I'm allowed to have an orgasm I'm allowed to sleep that night without the cage and then it's right back on the next morning. I also feel the same as some have stated, that the first release is not as good as the second. It's not that the first isn't welcome it's just the second seem to be so much stronger even though the amount of ejaculate is less.
