    I'm designing a workout program to help me exercise and I want to hear what worked and what didn't work for fellow chastity enthusiasts who have done this.

    Yeah, exactly! I see a lot of people on tumblr suggesting this but I never see before and afters or updates, so I was wondering if anyone had actually done it :)

    We are currently doing this. I'm only looking to lose 15 vanity lbs but this is how we are doing it.
    My Wife/KH and I are actually in a competition with each other. We are working in 5 lb increments. If i get to the first goal before she does I get to control the conditions of my next release. If she wins she gets the control over the release. The release is allowed only after both of us reach the goal. Obviously the further we go in the game the longer the periods between release are.(I always have problems with the last 10 lbs so hopefully this will give me the motivation I need.)

    I have lost two stone this year and this has been done mostly through sensible eating with daily walks. We got a dog last year and I walk him for at least an hour a day. By limiting my dinners to 600 calorie meals and limiting my carb intake during the week the weight has fallen off of me. It has plateaued now and I need to up my fitness regime to continue the weight loss. Drinking plenty of water to stop those snack pangs works really well, I try to drink at least two liters a day.
