Hi everyone, Has anyone found any quit padlock alternatives? I was thinking maybe body jewelry could be repurposed, like a captive bead ring that would be small enough to not hit the cage with so much force it would make a noise and still require a tool to remove. Has anyone tried this? Has anyone found silent solutions to securing their chastity belt? Thanks
I use a plastic coated master lock that's quieter and less sharp than the brass ones. You could try plastic dipping yours. That would cover the key hole too (without filling it) You could rivet it shut too
Oh how I would love to rivet! But since my longest lockup has been a month I should probably start with a coated padlock.
I can tell you what not to try. Since I'm on the honor system and have no inclination to cheat the game, we don't use a lock. I had been using a couple of zip ties, but thought in case of an *emergency* I wouldn't be able to get them off without clippers of some sort. So, I got online and purchased 8 gauge steel piercing barbells to put through the hole and screw on a ball end. Kind of looked cool and did the job, yet I could remove it if necessary. Unfortunately during a couple days of wearing it the ball end worked it's way off and then one day I felt the warm embrace of dick freedom when the remaining barbell piece slipped through the hole and down my pantleg. So that was a no-go. I had also purchased a couple of lucite barbells too, in a few different pretty colors. My wife liked me to wear the pink one, so I installed that one and off we went. I flattened one side of the screw on ball end with a piece of sandpaper, so when it was tight against the CB I'm wearing it couldn't rotate. Everything was fine until one morning after attempting to dry hump my lovely wife after awakening she told me to get out of bed and knock it off. I stood up, leaned back a bit and showed her what was my abnormally extended groin area pushing the whole device away from my body, when just then the lucite snapped, sending 2 pink barbell-ended bullets ricocheting around the bedroom as the cage of my CB extended west about 4 more inches than it was supposed to. My wife proceeded to laugh hysterically at my Rock 'em Sock 'em robot weenie that had just had it's head knocked off. Suffice it to say that the hard on didn't last long while my wife pointed at and mocked my package. So, no on lucite and no on steel barbells. At least not the cheap eBay $3 kind. Back to zip ties.
Plastic security seals. Ebay does them for not much money. Easy to fit, impossible to remove without breaking them. If you want something the requires tools, look for the metal variety of the same thing - you'll need cutters to remove those.
Just buy a torx security screw with a matching cap nut. You can buy the torx key with the screw. It's about a $6 set up.
Why does the lock need to be silent? I just wear a metal one and nobody ever noticed it. And if they do what then.......... I don't care what others think.
Okay for the kids I understand. My kids have never asked me about the sound and I think you only hear the sound because you are focused on it. Everybody else would probably not notice.
Yup, most of the time it's not an issue, but if I were going down the hallway to the bathroom in just a robe or pj bottoms, and ran into one of them, it's likely to be a problem. They won't listen when I tell them to put their laundry in the hamper, but you can bet they'd ask about the weird noise when I walk. The rest of the time, panties or male briefs can mitigate the issue if you don't like the other options.
I like this idea a lot, i've been wondering if I could retrofit a security screw into this device. I guess I'll just go to the hardware store and eyeball the screw sizes- unless you know of a screw and bolt that fit the average belt already
I like Mark's high security system from Male Chastity Now he offers with his Contender. It's a bolt with a through hole and is sealed with a wire-numbered seal. http://malechastitynow.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=76&product_id=83
My recent purchase of a Holy Trainer with the "magic lock" has cured the "padlock rattle/budge" problem for me and the comfort of the device is an added bonus
