I am really glad you have found a Keyholder that you can dedicate yourself to, it really does make a massive difference.

Going from 5 days to 30 is a bit of a jump. Everyone is different but I find the days from about 15 to 21 the hardest to get through. After that the difficulty, the overwhelming hornyness comes and goes in waves (although obviously I don't come in anything ) I look forward to seeing how you feel at the end of the 30 days. Yes it is difficult to put into words especially when others don't understand........but don't guess about being proud - I doubt Ms. Lucy would have the slightest interest in them. You should feel sorry for the guys at work. They all too often see women only for their physical attributes. One of the great benefits you will start to see over time is that the chaste man starts to engage more with women intellectually and emotionally once he starts to get past thinking of physical attributes. Of course you will also start to appreciate women physically in a new way too. How they move, how they smell, as well as different types of figures and faces and inner beauties you may have overlooked before.
