In my post "Cleanliness", it was suggested that we do a survey on what type of device we wear. I LOVE my choice wrote Hey there! Maybe we can collect some extra data if we ask everyone to tell us what device they use....? Then we can get a clearer picture of how much effort particular devices evoke in order to keep clean....? I realise there's more than one variable here, as some people may be fastidious in their habits, and others less so.... But it might be a chance to develop a clearer picture anyways!!!! MM Jailbird I have not had it very long. So can't really tell you much. I am still finding out how good it is. So far so good.
Mature Metal JailBird and Queens Keep easy to stay clean in. Watchful mistress was more of a challenge to keep as clean as I do now.
Awaiting a new device, but I currently wear Chinese cage A080. Modified it to fit me like a glove. The open design makes it very easy to keep clean BUT the rubber sleeve that covers the hinge does get funky over time.... Probably its biggest drawback ..... With the absolute kindest regards. J.

I just use the CB6000s. I am the type who easily gets caught up in the equipment and accessories in everything I do so I am trying not to go down that path with chastity. I know the road that I would follow if I tried to find the perfect chastity device. As I learned, there is always something better. In the last 4 years I bought 45 types of a certain item that I use every day, in pursuit of the perfect one. Other than spending over $20K, I learned that there is no such thing as perfect, so it is best to stop at serviceable. My home is littered with multiple versions of radios, audio equipment and much more. I am never satisfied with anything I buy, no matter the price. I am now older and wiser so I have better control over my quest for the holy grail. Plus I turned over control for all purchases over $100 to my wife. Much like my CB6000s, it is a good deterrent.
Forgive the plagiarism, but tried a lot-binned a lot and finally discovered the MM Jailbird. 6+ weeks in & still perfect. Not one worry about cleanliness so, if I'm lucky, it will never be necessary to remove it.
Ever used the water spraying thingie in the bathroom? (what is it called in english?) Set it to 'hard', turn up the water, aim at the far end of the cage where there are openings for urine and such.
The shower head? It just doesn't penetrate up and around the cock as it fills the tube and definitely not under the foreskin. Urine often catches the edges of the hole and around the end of the tube and in the worst case scenario I'm not positioned properly and it can even back up the tube. The lack of vent holes is a plus for comfort, but a negative for hygiene as it becomes a very wet, sweaty environment in there. Basically when the tube is removed the whole thing stinks. The most effective way that I've found to clean without removal is to kneel right at the end of the bath under the bath tap and flush water down the tube from the top, followed up with shower gel and another flush. However it's still not satisfactory, so removal for cleaning it is :-/
