I use to get right measurements for my cage. There is a trend lately that shorter it is better.I find small cage sexy but in my experience, small cages suck with dick with foreskin. Too long is not better either because you don't want your cock starting a strong erection that could be painful. Big cage takes space also.

I tried a couple of cage a fully encased cage is a pain. We guy with foreskin need a very good hygiene, that's important.

I don't want to take my cage off all the time and keyholder too. So a snug cage on your genital with open space to breath and wash is probably the way to go.

There is some cage with open space on the tube and a cap at the front. That would make you keep the skin inside avoiding pinch with your jeans and underwear.

I find out too that getting the diameter of the tube bigger than the cock left room for the skin to go. So I tend to get a cage about the length of flaccid state minus halt or eight of inch shorter.

And I mesure my cock diameter and choose a size above. Personally, I don't need a cap at the front.

I found that a cage being a bit short het than flaccid but a bit wider than flaccid gives enough room for the foreskin to move around.

An open cage with enough enclosure to prevent active stimulation but open enough to clean, pull the foreskin up and down to be able to clean that area as well.

 

Ya'll might be interested in the cage I created recently. It was made specifically with foreskins in mind.

I made it open enough so that you can clean, and instead of having a cap on the front, it has little horns that hold fabric away. This prevents pinching in most cases. The size of the head is also slightly bigger than many other cages, so there's room for the foreskin to sit and move around a bit. The holes are big enough to poke a finger through to clean.

@cagedfellow I completely agree that while "small is better" may be ok for cut folks, for those of us with foreskin, sizing is very important, and each person has a size that should fit well, rather than just going for the smallest possible.

Besides the “poking” and rubbin issue which you apparently resolved! I also have issues with the plastic being a bit rough and chafing a lot..

This looks very interesting. Nice work! I would say that my main problem with resin cage is the width of the tube. 37mm is to small for me. It is very difficult to find a store that goes above 37 mm.

Short and medium are the size I tried with resin. Those cage are very sexy. My main concert is the room for the gland and the width of the tube. My cock don't fit in it. And when I get in there, the skin goes out everywhere. Even after a while, it does not adapt.

I think if I could get 40mm width that would work.

I find out that 39 mm with metal cage are perfect. I need 1 to 2 millimeters above for plastic (that I never find). I need a longer tube to compensate but make it bulky and my cock don't go all the way through.

My genital gets bigger when a insert the ring around my sac. The volume of the package change a lot in comparison of not having a ring.

My best guess is: if you could add some width option in every size tube, you would increase sales. If you could find a way to add a PA in option, it would add up notoriety.

I also wear the Jailbird cage. I was pulling the foreskin back, until I noticed a hard spot on the end of the foreskin. Talked to William at MM and he said I need to pull as much as possible into the cage and adjust the skin with a Q tip. It looks looks better pulled back, but not worth possibly injuring the foreskin.

 

Many people (me included) recommend not pulling the foreskin back. Your penis should be in its narural state inside the cage. So, if you are not circumcised it's better to leave your foreskin covering your glans when wearing your cage.
If you wear your cage with your foreskin retracted, you could end up suffering from oedema, paraphimosis (as someone else said)...

 

This is the cage I wear, I'm in t and very rarely have foreskin problems. I've worn it pretty much 24/7 for about 20 months. The gap between the bars is about 10-12mm so allows for the skin to be pulled back for washing. It gets take. Off for proper cleaning once a month.

 

What is actually the issue with a open tube and a pretty close cap? Wouldnt it just give also a more nice visual impression? The foreskin can lay sometimes a bit wired inside the cage, and this may not be the best picture for female either.

Or would you say the cap is just a nightmare for hygiene aspects?

I am relatively new to this and been in chastity since late December (most of the time caged with some small breaks).

Now the problem I have is that after been so sexually excited in my HT 5 nub (a lot) in the last few weeks and only allowed to cum twice in 10 weeks I think I may have pulled a muscle or stretched one, as my balls / around the base of my cock ache like mad. I find that a larger (longer) cage is better. There is sometimes the odd period when the end of my foreskin peeks out but either a quick adjustment with a cotton bud or 'dressing the other side' sorts it out. It also gives me more room to clean under the foreskin properly every day without asking for the cage to be removed. We changed from enclosed resin cages to a more open steel cage following a bad UTI last year (despite regular cleaning removal).

 

So with keeping your foreskin always rolled back in the cage, do you get any issues with your head or foreskin at all? I tried this and made my foreskin go quite red and it out me off

 

lots of different views above, and I can only speak to my own experience as an uncircumcised 'grower' with a standard amount of foreskin:

- back at all times (in or out of cage)
- slips down several times a day (from bending or sitting) so pull it back at next opportunity
- use a more open cage to access / facilitate this eg: Jailbird or BAW BA-28
- shorter cage at the exact right tube width keeps things in place & no rubbing problems (and better nips caged hard-ons in the bud)

I tried CB6000S and Kink3d Cobra etc first, but a more closed design with foreskin inevitably pushed forward just becomes a pee trap with (what I found to be) unpleasant hygiene knock-on effects.

I've not had any issues with the above set-up since.

My own preference is to keep the cage on full-time (albeit for shorter lock-ups so far) rather than removing daily for maintenance washing / showering. I'm then completely self-sufficient from my GF KH & my job is to keep things sparkly clean at all times & ready-to-go immediately should she want / allow some action!
